TEACHER INCENTIVES INCLUDE:

Maximum Package valued at $48,900 (incentives prorated for shorter contracts - see our website for details)

Total incentive payment - $20,000
$5000 upfront
$15,000 distributed throughout the year
Removalist allowance - Up to $5,000
50% Rental subsudy - Up to $15,900
Retention payment - Year 1:$5,000 (Increases every year for 5 years)
Geographical allowance - $3,300 per year (Pro-rated)
Additional Western Leave - 3 days per year
Long Service Leave - Accrued at double normal rate
