We are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join us in the dual role of Assistant Director/ Educational Leader. This role is unique, as it is entirely non-contact, giving you the opportunity to focus on mentoring and supporting educators, curriculum development, and the successful daily operations of the Centre.

Day to day, you can:

Mentor, coach, and inspire educators through creative curriculum approaches and problem solving
Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring we’re always at our best
Bring curriculum to life with imaginative learning opportunities that spark creativity, curiosity, and wonder in children
Collaborate with our National Learning, Research and Development Partners, engaging with cutting-edge resources and professional learning
Showcase your strong time management, organisational, and communication skills while shining with a warm, compassionate leadership style

About You:

An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or higher
A current SA Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
Current SA Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Educational Leader
Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms)
National Police Clearance
Proda ID
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
National Child Safety Training (or willing to obtain)
