Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team on-site at our Bexley, NSW location. This is a full-time role, and you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, implementing educational programs, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for children. Key tasks include delivering age-appropriate learning experiences, supporting children’s emotional and social development, maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom, and collaborating with other educators and families to promote the well-being and growth of every child.

Qualifications

Experience in Lesson Planning and developing engaging educational programs.
Strong Teaching and Education skills, with a focus on early childhood development.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Experience in Training and supporting team members is an advantage.
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
Understanding of diversity, inclusion, and child safety practices.
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification are essential.
Passionate about creating nurturing environments for children and fostering a love of learning.
