This is a standout opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader who thrives in growth environments and knows how to build high-performing teams, drive revenue, and create sales momentum at scale.

Leading a team of 6–8 delegate sales executives, you will play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth across a portfolio of premium industry conferences and executive events.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience leading B2B sales teams
Strong outbound sales and revenue growth background
Ability to coach, mentor, and elevate performance
KPI-driven with strong commercial acumen
High energy, resilience, and leadership presence
Events, conference, media, or commercial sales experience highly regarded

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing the delegate sales team
Driving delegate revenue across multiple events
Building a high-performance sales culture
Improving pipeline management and conversion strategy
