They will be remunerated in accordance with the Category B Deputy Principal Salary Level 2–1, reflecting the responsibilities and expectations of this leadership position.

Key Responsibilities include:

Leading the mission and Catholic identity of the school.
Developing the capacities of others, individually and in teams, to strive for excellence in instruction and engagement.
Driving strategic improvement initiatives aligned with the School Improvement Plan and Annual Action Plan.
Promoting high-quality learning and teaching, with a strong emphasis on explicit and direct instruction.
Supporting student wellbeing through evidence-based approaches, such as the Berry Street Education Model and Positive Behaviours for Learning.
Building strong partnerships with staff, students, families and the wider community.
Contributing to a positive, inclusive and collaborative school culture.
Assisting in the effective management of human, financial and physical resources.

accreditation to teach and lead Religious Education in a Catholic School.
