We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Years Teacher to join our dynamic Junior School team. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences that align with the PYP framework and the School’s Christian values.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement and assess learning programs in line with the IB PYP and NSW curriculum.
Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports student agency and inquiry.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and interdisciplinary learning.
Engage positively with students, parents, and the wider school community.
Contribute to the co-curricular and pastoral life of the School.

Essential Criteria

Teaching qualifications recognised in NSW and current NESA accreditation.
A commitment to girls’ education and the Christian ethos of the School.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching and professional growth.

Desirable

IB PYP training or experience in an IB World School.
Experience with inquiry-based and concept-driven learning.
