Administrative Duties
Process student applications including liaising with the marketing team, recruitment partners and institution partners, ensuring timely turnaround from application to point of enrolment.
Maintain administrative processes that allow self and others to accurately deliver a high standard of service and/or provide information to relevant stakeholder’s expectations.
Assist with enquiries & requests from recruitment partners.
Provide high quality administrative and customer service to the recruitment partners and institution partners.
Contribute to the quality and continuous improvement of Yes Education generally, and specifically the admission and enrolment functions.
Require Qualification/Experience
Other relevant duties as required.
Hold a bachelor’s degree or above level qualification.
Relevant work experience handling student application for Australia, USA, Canada & UK.
Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion.
Exceptional organisational skills combined with the ability to build relationships.
Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural awareness.
Quick learner and ability to adapt to internal systems.
Ability to multitask.
A flexible and adaptable attitude.
Good understanding in International Education Industry is essential.
Good computer skills include Microsoft office package
