Risk Response + Rescue is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end coordination of training delivery, including pre-course administration, funding compliance, facilitator support, and stakeholder liaison.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Course & Program Coordination
- Liaise with clients and participants to organise enrolment, training schedules and logistics.
- Coordinate Facilitators and ensure delivery resources and equipment are available and compliant.
- Manage data entry in systems including STS Online, VETtrak, and internal registers.
- Projecting program revenue and analysing profitability.
- Assist with strategic business development initiatives.
Funding & Compliance
- Support funding application submissions and ensure program delivery meets NSW Smart & Skilled funding criteria.
- Provide student support, track progress, review and report student data, monitor financials caps, and manage claims for funding.
- Ensure all reporting complies with RTO and funding body standards.
About You:
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Demonstrated experience in the VET sector and knowledge of AQTF Standards for RTO's.
- Proficiency with VETtrak (or other Student Management Systems), STS Online, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with NSW Smart & Skilled funding requirements.
- Strong organisational, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Current NSW drivers licence.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
