We’re a young, ambitious team looking to bring in our next Content Creator to work across both organic and paid channels.
About the Role
This junior-to-mid level role is made for someone who lives and breathes video content — ideally, you’re the type who always has a tripod in your tote and a CapCut draft on the go. You’ll work directly with our founder Arielle to create content for a mix of brands (including ours), and help shape our creative output across Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
Supported by our Creative & Content Lead, you’ll own the mobile-first production process: from ideation and scripting, through to shooting, editing, and optimising. You’ll help us stay culturally relevant, fast-moving, and performance-focused.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, film, and edit high-performing short-form video content across social platforms
- Write and revise scripts with performance in mind — based on testing, trends, and data
- Spot social trends early and respond with timely, relevant content
- Collaborate with our creative and marketing team on content strategy
- Keep up with platform updates and content formats, especially for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
- Occasionally appear on camera as a host, if you're comfortable
- Work efficiently across multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing creativity
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience creating content for social media (in-house, freelance, or agency side)
- Proficiency in mobile-first editing — especially CapCut
- Strong scripting and storytelling skills, ideally for performance content
- Experience creating for Meta ads, TikTok, and organic social campaigns
- Great instincts for pacing, hook writing, and native platform trends
- Up-to-date understanding of what works across paid and organic
- Bonus if you’re familiar with performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, thumb stop rate)
- Extra points if you’re confident on camera and/or have design skills in Canva or Figma
