All Hallows' School is a Catholic girls' school that is a Ministry of Mercy Partners. All Hallows is seeking to add Examination Invigilators to its casual database. The Examination Invigilator roles at All Hallows’ School reflect the requirements of the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) policies and procedures and assist in the supervision of students when completing assessments for their curricular studies.
The roles extend beyond supervision within the venue to include safe and secure transportation of examination materials to and from examination venues to secure storage.
These are casual contract positions. Examination Invigilators typically work part days or full school days, dependent upon the assessment schedule. Examination Invigilators work across a range of subject groups in Years 9-12 and are scheduled to supervise across various assessment venues on campus.
These positions will commence on Monday, 4 August 2025 and finish on Friday, 28 November 2025.
