Cedars Christian College is a growing ministry incorporating an ELC, K-12 College and Special Assistance School (ASPIRE) of over 700 students located in Unanderra, NSW. Cedars Christian College is a member of Christian Schools Australia (CSA) and the Association of Independent Schools (AIS). The role of Campus Principal is a strategic leadership position. The Campus Principal leads, inspires, protects and grows the community of the K-12 College. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Camus Principal. The successful applicant will report to the Executive Principal and will have: Suitable qualifications;
- Strong educational leadership skills;
- A collaborative team player with high levels of organisational and staff management skills;
- Strategic thinking; Excellent pastoral skills;
- Passionate commitment to Christian Education; and
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
