We are a non-for-profit community-based Preschool in Chatswood dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners. We have a longstanding team and have been providing quality early childhood education and care to families in Sydney's Lower North Shore for over 40 years.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our Preschool Room (3-5 years old). You will work collaboratively within a highly experienced team sharing all documentation and ensuring a seamless educational experience for our 39 children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging learning activities tailored to individual and group needs.
- Document children's progress and share insights with families and the team.
- Foster relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent.
- Current ECT registration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
