St Michael's Grammar School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant Early Learning Centre team. This is a wonderful opportunity to join St Michael's and be part of a nurturing and dynamic environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.
We are looking for an innovative and creative Early Childhood Teacher who will deliver effective teaching, learning and caring programs in our Early Learning Centre.
The successful applicant must:
- Be a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and able to demonstrate a suitable tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Teaching.
- Demonstrate a genuine respect for and interest in young children.
- Have experience in the pedagogy of the Reggio Emilia Educational Project.
- Have high level communication skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to built rapport and interact with both adults and students.
- Be able to work independently but also as part of a dynamic, creative and collaborative team.
- Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to child safety and wellbeing, aligned with the School’s policies and principles.
- Must hold current certifications inAnaphylaxis, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma.
- Must have a current VIT registration
