About The Role
Applications are currently invited for the position of Head Badminton Coach to commence in our Summer season starting Term 4, 2025. The primary focus of the position is to support the Director of Coaching and Head of Badminton to implement Brighton Grammar School's coaching framework, while supporting other casual coaches.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, the successful applicant will require:
- Experience leading teams and coaching badminton in school-aged children.
- An understanding of the skills and tactics required for a successful badminton team.
- The ability to make sound judgements, coordinate activities and meet deadlines without supervision.
- The ability to work autonomously with high levels of motivation – yet also able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Well-developed oral and written communications skills.
- A current employee Working with Children Check.
