The Role
We are seeking an innovative, community-minded Principal to lead our school into its next chapter. This is a rare opportunity to guide a unique school with a strong reputation for evidence-based teaching, outdoor learning, and deep community connection.

This position is full-time (1.0 FTE) with 0.2 FTE teaching load. Job share or part-time arrangements will be considered for suitably qualified candidates.
About You
You are an experienced leader with:
A teaching background and current (or eligible) TRBWA registration.
Demonstrated ability to lead teaching and learning with rigour, innovation and deep inquiry.
Experience with, and/or strong understanding of, the operations and unique context of small, independent schools.
Strategic and operational acumen, including financial and organisational management.
Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a relational approach to leadership.
Commitment to inclusion, equity and diversity in education.
