Located halfway between Emerald and Clermont, just off the Gregory Highway, Capella State High School was established in 1989 to service the local agricultural and mining communities. With a strong commitment to student engagement and wellbeing, we focus on success, teamwork, attitude and respect in every lesson, every day.
Capella State High School is a small rural school with big opportunities for our local young people. Our goal is to provide our students with equal or better programmes and initiatives than those offered in larger schools.
