Tallebudgera State School is seeking a high-performing, educational leader for the position of Head of Department (Curriculum).
This role will provide teaching and curriculum leadership for the whole school, Prep - Year 6. The Head of Department (Curriculum) will be responsible for the systematic delivery of curriculum, ensuring the consistent application of effective practices. They will productively lead teams, collaborate and produce high-quality work towards the success, inspiration and engagement of all students.

The Head of Department (Curriculum) at Tallebudgera State School is a key leadership role and the scope encompasses all learning areas Prep - Year 6. The successful candidate will lead with a deep knowledge of curriculum and evidence-informed practices, using strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities Include
- Leading the systematic delivery of curriculum Prep to year 6.
- Leading team collaboration to ensure that all students are successful
- Maintaining productive partnerships with stakeholders to improve the school experience and outcomes for students
- Applying teaching expertise to the development of planning, assessment, resources, professional learning and change processes
- Leading collaboration and events at a cluster and school level
