Tullawong State School is seeking a collaborative and instructional Deputy Principal to help lead our inclusive and dynamic learning community. This role requires a visionary person with drive to lead the years 3 to 6 team with a strong focus on high impact and inclusive teaching practices which foster a culture of collaboration, respect and engagement across our school community.

About The Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Leadership & Vision: Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and enact a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students, deputising for the Principal when required.
- Ethical & Values-Based Practice: Model and uphold ethical, moral, and values-driven leadership while embedding socially just practices in all aspects of school life.
- Performance & Professional Growth: Set and maintain high standards for staff and student performance, and actively engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
- Collaboration & Partnerships: Build and sustain strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and business to enhance learning opportunities.
- Strategic Management: Apply sound understanding of educational policy, legislation, and resource management to ensure strategic, future-oriented school operations.
