What You'll Be Doing
As the Nurse Educator, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive educational programs that promote clinical excellence at John Hunter Hospital. This role will focus on developing a dynamic and evidence-based curriculum that supports staff capability, fosters professional growth, that can be seamlessly adapted across both local and district settings.
You will actively contribute to facility learning initiatives, providing leadership and support in the delivery of educational activities for clinicians. The Nurse Educator will cultivate positive relationships, encourage a collaborative learning culture, and maintain a harmonious workplace environment. In addition, you will implement, monitor, and evaluate educational programs to ensure alignment with organisational goals, clinical standards, and workforce development priorities

Requirements
Our successful candidate will possess the following:
- Hold or be eligible for current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Post-registration nursing/midwifery clinical or education qualifications relevant to the clinical area or qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and ability to travel for work purposes.
