Only About Children Fairlight 2 is looking for a confident, passionate, and qualified
Room Leader to join our team and lead our Preschool Room in a
permanent full-time role. You'll play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest children feel secure, supported, and inspired to learn and grow.

As a Room Leader, you'll lead group times, support the team, collaborate with families, and create a space where children can develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing in their earliest years.
What We're Looking For
- NESA accredited Teacher ECT of Early Childhood Education & Care or ACEQCA Equivalent
- Previous experience leading or supporting a Preschool Room
- A warm, collaborative approach to leading your team
- A passion for early development and nurturing strong relationships
- A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
