About You
You are the teacher who sees potential everywhere. You bring:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary pedagogy
- Passion for intentional teaching, play-based learning & inquiry
- A reflective, collaborative and curious approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to child and cultural safety

Opening in early 2026, Harmony Bardon will be a purpose-built centre catering for up to 83 children (birth–5 years). Located at 56 Chiswick Road, Bardon, the centre will operate 6:30am – 6:30pm, offering a welcoming and inspiring environment for children, families, and educators alike.
