About The Role
This is a full-time contract opportunity until December 2026, located in Forestville NSW. Starting base hourly rate $32.36 to $39.18 negotiable based on experience & qualifications, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options. This service operates in the school term and school holidays are paid. Leave benefits included.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Advanced Educator, you’ll be a key part of our teaching team providing high-quality education and care in line with the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Build meaningful bonds with children, guiding their social, emotional and cognitive growth
- Partner with families, welcoming them as collaborators in their child’s learning journey
- Create environments that spark curiosity, exploration and problem-solving
- Promote belonging, safety and wellbeing, always advocating for children’s rights
- Support educators and contribute to continuous improvement across the service
- Engage in ongoing learning, reflection and professional development
Your Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Experience delivering learning aligned to the EYLF & NQS
- Child protection experience
- A child-centred, inclusive and strengths-based approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current first aid, NSW WWCC and National Police Check
- An ability to build genuine, lasting connections with children, families, and colleagues
