About your service: VillageOSHC at Melton West Primary School
Location: Melton, VIC
Position: Casual
Hourly Rate: $31 to $42 Per Hour + Super
In addition, earn an extra 15% above the award wage listed in this ad as part of the Worker Retention Payment Scheme making the actual wage $35.87 to $49.06 per hour plus super.
Role:
- After School Care: 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM
- Monday to Thursday
- Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Service Assistant you will:
- Create Awesome Experiences: Assist in delivering science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
- Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
- Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high
- The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs
What You Bring to the Family
- The Qualification: You've got (or are studying toward) a Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!

- The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain)
