The Role
The role of the Head Fitness Coach is to lead a group of trainers to deliver high-quality group sessions. We are looking for an amazing trainer with the passion and energy to drive our small group training program. You will strive for the success of the program and our members' results.
All systems and tools are provided, including online booking and management systems. We need someone to bring their personality and flair to build this program at Albany Creek Leisure Centre.

Key Requirements Of The Position
- Recruit and lead a team of dedicated trainers.
- Deliver high quality, results focused HIIT classes.
- Drive the growth of the program
- Engagement and local marketing campaigns.
- Grow the program through sales, support and training.
What We Are Looking For (Essential)
- Ability to engage and co-ordinate a group of clients
- Inspirational leadership qualities
- A 'Can Do' attitude
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Registration (Fitness Australia)
- Current First Aid and CPR
Desirable
- Level 1 Boxing
- Level 1 Kettlebell
- Strength and Conditioning Level 1
- Effective Movement Trainer/ Mechanics of Lifting/Function Training
