Your Role & Impact
Role
As our Diploma Educator, you’ll have the rewarding role of making each day a meaningful experience for the children in your care. You’ll:
- Provide a comforting and secure presence, making every child feel special and understood.
- Foster a calm, respectful atmosphere where kids can form friendships and develop positive social skills.
- Collaborate with families, sharing insights and working together to support the whole-child development.
- Team up with fellow educators to build a welcoming, inclusive environment.
- Use your keen observation skills to meet each child’s unique needs and interests.
- Engage in professional development, keeping your skills sharp and aligned with best practices.
Role Requirements
We’re Looking For Someone With
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) or working towards one.
- A valid Blue Card.
- Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or a willingness to obtain).
- A working knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards.
- A genuine love for working with young children and helping them thrive.
- Availability Monday to Friday - 6:30am - 6:30pm
