About The Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Support strategic school leadership by assisting the Principal to develop and enact a shared vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputising when required.
- Uphold ethical and values-based leadership while embedding socially just and inclusive practices across the school community.
- Maintain high expectations for student achievement and staff performance, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Engage in continuous improvement through lifelong learning, professional development, and a future-focused, strategic approach to school leadership.
- Strengthen partnerships and manage resources effectively by collaborating with parents, agencies, community and industry, while ensuring compliance with legislation and policies and overseeing resource allocation to achieve school goals.
