- Leading (with EP and Junior School Principal) AIP and Strategic Plan
- Workforce Planning (Overseeing HR Committee and SBS)
- Day 8 return
- Line Managing Deputy Principals - Year 10, Year 11, Year12
- Line Managing HOY - Year 10,Year 11, Year 12
- Supporting Middle Leadership Development
