Position Overview

Join the exciting journey of our purpose-built service in glenwood, catering. As a Diploma Educator, you’ll play a vital role in creating engaging learning environments, supporting children’s development, and working collaboratively with your team to ensure every child feels supported, inspired, and valued.

We’re seeking a passionate Diploma Educator who is ready to bring their skills, creativity, and enthusiasm into a brand-new service, helping us build strong foundations and a culture where curiosity, creativity, and care thrive.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children thrive.
Build meaningful partnerships with families and encourage community connections.
Support with documentation, compliance, and day-to-day room operations.

Qualifications And Skills

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Valid Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
Child Protection training/certificate.
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
