Kindy Room Leader to join our team at Only About Children Bridgeman Downs.

About The Role
As our
Kindy Room Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality school readiness program, while leading and supporting your team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading the planning and delivery of a high-quality kindergarten program
- Supporting children's school readiness, including social, emotional, and early literacy/numeracy development
- Creating engaging learning environments that foster independence and confidence
- Mentoring and guiding educators within the kindergarten room
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families
- Maintaining high standards of safety, documentation, and reflective practice
- Working closely with campus leadership to support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Experience as a Room Leader or a strong educator ready to step up
- Sound understanding of school readiness and child development
- Confident communication and strong organisational skills
- A collaborative and supportive leader who enjoys mentoring others
