Your Impact As An ECT

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary pedagogy
- Passion for intentional teaching, play-based learning & inquiry
- A reflective, collaborative and curious approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to child and cultural safety
