About The Position
As a Teacher at St Hilda’s School, you will create an engaging and supportive learning environment that promotes academic achievement, critical thinking, and personal growth among students. This role involves developing and delivering curriculum-aligned instruction in accordance with QCAA and Australian Standards, using data informed practices to assess student progress, providing differentiated learning experiences that meet students at their current academic level, and fostering positive relationships that encourage student success both academically, socially and personally for each student.

- Strong knowledge of contemporary pedagogy and evidence-based teaching practices

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience developing innovative unit and lesson plans aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
Understanding of Girls' Education
- Deep understanding of how girls learn and develop across different age groups

- Knowledge of research-based approaches to girls' education and empowerment

Professional Skills
- Excellent classroom management and organisational abilities
