Step Into Your Next Chapter
You will lead and support Year 5 and 6 staff, students, and families, as well as oversee specialist programs in Physical Education, The Arts, and Languages. A key focus will be building the capacity of student voice through leadership initiatives and driving the Caningeraba Wellbeing Framework to support the holistic development of our students.
Responsibilities Include
- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
