Partnership Initiative Special School Purpose
Murgon State High School is a Partnerships (PI) school, receiving prioritised support and resourcing to provide locally responsible, flexible, integrated and tailored strategies co-designed with community.
Under the Partnership Initiative special purpose classification uplift, this substantive Level 4 is temporarily remunerated at Level 6 until December 2026.
This uplift arrangement is intended to attract and retain school leaders who can drive improvements in learning and life outcomes through a system wide apporach across Partnership Initiative schools and communities.
Responsibilities Include
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Active participants in life long learning and ongoing professional development.
