About The Role
The Senior School Attendance and Student Reception Administrative Assistant is responsible for the oversight, integrity, and daily management of student attendance across Years 7–12.
Based in Student Reception, this role manages a dedicated operational space that functions as the central hub for student movement, attendance verification, late arrivals and early departures. The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for attendance-related matters and plays a critical role in safeguarding, duty of care, and regulatory compliance.
About You
You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:
- Ability to work autonomously and act independently
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in dealing with a diverse range of people in a friendly and courteous manner
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience or aptitude to work with databases and learning management systems
- Personable and approachable nature and the ability to relate to all people across the organisation
- Pleasant and positive disposition

- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A current National Police Check; and
- Full working rights within Australia.
