We're introducing a brand-new leadership role designed to champion educational excellence across our three early learning centres.
This role is all about inspiring best practice, driving innovation, and creating a consistent, high-quality learning experience for every child, every day.
Working closely with our three Educational Leaders (who will report into this position) and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this leader will help shape curriculum delivery, strengthen pedagogy, build educator capability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all services.

About the Role: As Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy, you will:
- Lead the educational vision and strategy across all three centres.
- Mentor, coach and support Educational Leaders to achieve excellence in practice.
- Drive high-quality implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Foster a culture of reflective practice, professional growth and innovation.
- Ensure curriculum planning is meaningful, intentional and responsive to children's learning.
- Support leadership teams to achieve and maintain strong National Quality Standard outcomes.
- Lead professional development initiatives across the organisation.
- Monitor educational quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Centre Directors to ensure educational priorities are embedded in daily practice.
- Stay current with research, emerging trends and best practice in early childhood education.
About You
- You can show experience as an educational leader and are ready to take the next step or are currently working in the Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy role.
- You can demonstrate how passionate you are about improving outcomes for children and developing the capability of others.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Extensive experience in early childhood education and care.
- Demonstrated success in curriculum leadership and educational mentoring.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and assessment and rating processes.
- Experience coaching and developing educators and educational leaders.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- A genuine commitment to continuous improvement and educational excellence.
