Key Capabilities And Experience
- Knowledge of the Deputy Principal role and the ability to lead strategic school improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the school context and commitment to meeting the needs of the local community.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the teaching of reading, including the implementation of PLD strategies.
- Experience leading and supporting Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) processes to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
