VICE PRINCIPAL – MISSION, FORMATION AND SOCIAL JUSTICE
Padua College seeks an exceptional, faith-filled senior leader to join its College Improvement Team as Vice Principal – Mission, Formation & Social Justice.
Working closely with the Principal and senior leaders, this role provides strategic leadership of the College’s Catholic identity, mission, and faith life, ensuring its authentic expression across leadership, culture, learning, prayer, liturgy, social justice, service, and community engagement.
Grounded in the teachings of Jesus Christ, the successful applicant will promote the Mercy and Franciscan charisms and foster a culture of dignity, inclusion, and hope, aligned with Catholic Social Teaching and the contemporary Church. The role requires strong strategic and collaborative leadership, experience in mission-centred initiatives, and a deep commitment to Catholic education and the vision of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools.
