The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a passionate individual to provide early childhood education services including the design, documentation and implementation of programs for children and families at Sapphire Mobile Preschool.
As an Early Childhood Educator (Diploma), you will undertake education and care activities and establish learning assessments and identify learning outcomes for children. You will communicate with families about children’s programs, learning outcomes, health, well-being, safety and nutrition aswell as document and report concerns, complaints and issues that affect the operation of the service, the staff or families and children.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a Diploma in Children’s Services recognised by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority. And has minimum two (2) years’ experience in an early childhood setting.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Theoretical understanding of how children grow and learn, with demonstrated skills in implementing an approved curriculum.
- Knowledge of the National early childhood regulations, standards, approved curriculum and policies.
- Demonstrated skills in building respectful relationships with children, families, staff and external stakeholders.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits
This is a fixed term, permanent position working 38 hours per week until 31 December 2026. This position is during NSW school term time only. Sapphire Mobile Preschool does not operate during NSW declared school holidays and employees are therefore not reumerated during these periods.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $77,335.15 gross per annum (paid pro-rata), comprising of:
- $1,327.87 per week base salary (paid pro rata)
- $159.34 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%) (paid pro rata)
