Job Description
As Leader of Learning & Wellbeing, you will collaborate with a team of specialists including teachers, teacher's aides, school therapists, coordinators, administrators and other Aspect staff to deliver our evidence-informed, student focused autism-specific approach - the Aspect Comprehensive Approach [ACA]. Use a person-centred and family-focused approach to ensure the delivery of quality educational standards. As a core member of the school's Learning Support Team (LST), you will lead and supervise the teaching team and partner parents, carers and other members of the school community. About the School:
Aspect has opened a new state-of-the-art primary school in Box Hill, NSW. The school opened for Term 1, 2025. The school is located within The Gables, a vibrant new suburb that is owned and developed by Stockland. The campus will cater for 75 students on the autism spectrum from Kindergarten to Year 6.

Qualifications
- To provide for consistency of support across satellite classes, we are ideally looking for coordinators that are currently working or are available to work full-time (38hrs per week)
- Recognised University or Tertiary teaching qualifications (as determined by NESA)
- Registration with NESA (NSW Education Standards Authority)
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Demonstrated leadership abilities including team support
- Experience working with students on the autism spectrum
- Experience in developing IP's and curriculum for students on the autism spectrum preferred
- NSW Working With Children Check for paid employment
- Depending on the school's location/requirements it may be essential to have a current driver's licence (per relevant state legislation)
- A Light Rigid (LR) driver's licence is desirable
- You may be required to provide an International Police Check clearance.

- Full-time base salary of $94,155k - $133,009k (depending on qualifications, accreditation and relevant teaching experience) + special education allowance $3,866 p.a. + superannuation
