About The Role
As Deputy Principal, you will provide strategic leadership in curriculum, pedagogy and assessment across Prep to Year 2, ensuring alignment with school and departmental priorities.
A key focus of the role is mentoring and supporting beginning teachers to build capability and confidence in delivering effective teaching practices.
- You will lead case management for students with diverse learning and wellbeing needs, analyse student performance data to inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in student outcomes.
- You will also coordinate key school events and initiatives, strengthen partnerships with students, staff, families and the wider community, and contribute to school improvement, staff development and effective school operations.
- You will demonstrate innovative and strategic leadership, build and sustain effective relationships, and use data-informed practices to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
