About The Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Provide strategic leadership alongside the Principal to develop, communicate, and implement a shared vision that promotes excellence in teaching, learning, student achievement, and continuous school improvement.
- Support the effective leadership and day-to-day management of the school, including deputising for the Principal when required, while modelling ethical, values-based leadership and high professional standards.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and socially just school culture by setting high expectations for staff and students and promoting wellbeing, equity, and positive educational outcomes for all learners.
- Build and strengthen collaborative partnerships with parents, carers, government agencies, industry, business, and the wider community to enhance opportunities and outcomes for students.
- Ensure effective governance and strategic management by applying relevant legislation and departmental policies, leading future-focused initiatives, managing resources responsibly, and engaging in ongoing professional learning to support school priorities.
