About The Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Provide strategic leadership by developing and championing a shared vision for high-quality learning, setting high expectations, and planning for future-focused school improvement.
- Lead with integrity and equity by upholding ethical, values-based leadership and embedding socially just and inclusive practices across all aspects of school life.
- Foster a culture of excellence by promoting high standards for student achievement, staff performance, and continuous professional learning.
- Build strong partnerships by collaborating effectively with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and business to enhance educational outcomes.
- Ensure effective governance and resource management by applying relevant legislation and policies while strategically managing people, finances, and resources to achieve school goals.
