- Effective organisational and classroom management skills, including competent use of ICT
- Current QCT Registration (Queensland College of Teachers) and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and effective pedagogy
- A willingness to actively engage in school life — including events, assemblies, co-curricular activities (paid!), camps, and parent-teacher interviews
