Work Unit: Northern Territory School of Distance Education
Location: Darwin
Primary Objective: To lead and coordinate career education and student transition planning for Northern Territory School of Distance Education students. This role is responsible for overseeing career counselling services, monitoring student pathway outcomes, and leading the development and delivery of high-quality online, asynchronous career and Vocational Education and Training programs aligned to the Northern Territory School of Distance Education Instructional Model and Registered Training Organisation requirements. The position provides leadership to a small team, works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures effective systems and processes are in place to maximise student engagement, successful transitions, and Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training completion.
