About the position
We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team on a full-time maternity leave contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a graduate teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience or an experienced educator seeking a rewarding fixed-term role within a supportive and collaborative school community.
You will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning while fostering a positive, inclusive, and values-based learning environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' learning during the period of maternity leave cover.
While this is a maternity leave position, opportunities for future employment may arise within the Australian International Academy for the right candidate.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Have current accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and growth mindset

The salary package for this position is in accordance with the Independent Schools of NSW Teachers (Hybrid Model) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.
