- Lead curriculum, teaching and learning of the faculty to deliver high quality learning outcomes for all students
- Set high standards for student achievement and staff performance
- Track and monitor student academic progress in all year levels
- Ensure College processes comply with the regulatory framework and VET standards (QCAA and ASQA), while building staff capability in these areas
- Ensure compliance of internal VET documents for the qualifications within the College's scope of registration
- Monitor and track the completion and attainment of VET qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of VET (or the capacity to develop expertise in this area)
- Build strong partnerships with students, parents, external providers and the wider college community.
