Salary Range: $79,589 - $118,063 + 12% super

About the Role
This is a hands on Primary Classroom Teacher opportunity for someone who is confident taking ownership of a class and building strong learning momentum quickly. The school is looking for a strong operator who can combine clear routines, explicit teaching and calm consistency to create a settled, productive learning environment.
You'll be supported by a collaborative team and clear leadership expectations, with a strong emphasis on student wellbeing and trauma-informed practice. Teachers who can confidently articulate their classroom approach (structure, behaviour supports, engagement strategies and differentiation) will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

You will have
- Tertiary qualifications in Education (Primary or P-12)
- Current or pending Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
- Demonstrated success as a primary classroom teacher
- Strong behaviour management and proactive classroom culture building
- Berry Street Education Model knowledge/training (highly regarded)
