Your Opportunity
A sound knowledge of Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) and the ability to model evidence-based approaches to behaviour support, inclusion and student engagement are essential. The successful candidate will be an instructional leader who is committed to building the capability of teachers and support staff through coaching, mentoring and collaborative professional learning.
Highly developed organisational and communication skills are critical, along with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic school environment. Flexibility, sound judgement, a solutions-focused mindset and the capacity to work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Educational Leadership: Support the Principal in developing and delivering a shared educational vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes, while setting high expectations for student and staff performance and deputising for the Principal when required.
- Ethical and Inclusive Leadership: Demonstrate values-based, ethical and moral leadership by embedding socially just, inclusive and equitable practices across all aspects of school life.
- Strategic Partnerships and Professional Growth: Build strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry and business, while maintaining a future-focused approach and engaging in ongoing professional learning.
- Strategic Management and Governance: Apply relevant legislation and education policies, manage resources effectively, and use strategic planning and decision-making to achieve school priorities and improve outcomes.
