The Beehive Montessori School is a co-educational and non-denominational school providing high-fidelity Montessori education to children aged 3-15 years on Whadjuk country, overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Beehive has been inspiring children with a love of learning for 50 years, fostering skills and competencies that are sought after in the 21st century: collaboration, critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and respect for oneself, others and the environment.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced 6-12 trained Montessori teacher, starting in Term 1 2027.
To be considered for the position, you must have:
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Resident status
- Montessori training (ideally an AMI 6-12 Diploma)
- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Teacher Registration Board of WA
- A current Working with Children Check
- A current Police Clearance
- Experience leading a Montessori 6-9 or 9-12 classroom environment
