Primary Classroom Teacher
At Immanuel Primary School, we are committed to providing education where each child is supported to grow and develop as a whole person. As we plan for 2027, we’re seeking applications from passionate educators committed to continuous improvement and making a positive impact.
This is a full-time 1.0 FTE position, commencing in January 2027.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an engaging and supportive learning environment for students, aligned with the Christian values and ethos of our school.
As a Primary Classroom Teacher, You Will
- Teach within the framework of the Australian Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program.
- Plan and implement student-centered learning that is evidence-based, engaging, and inclusive.
- Effectively manage the classroom to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school leaders, and parents to support student needs and aspirations.
We Are Looking For Someone With
- Suitable relevant teaching qualifications.
- A strong understanding and experience in the Australian Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program Framework.
- A passion and commitment to innovative student-centered learning.
- Strengths in communication, collaboration, and classroom management.
- A demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A willingness to support the School’s Christian values and ethos of our school.
